Ours start at $12,500. That covers engineering, the permit, the dig, the door cut, the concrete stairs and landing, and the drain. Deeper basements, solid rock, longer stair runs, railings, and door install add cost. Most of our walkouts land between $12,500 and $16,500, and you get the exact number in writing before we start.
Engineering and the permit take two to three weeks before we arrive. Once we dig, most walkouts are done in one to two weeks. Your yard is only open while we're actually working.
